Look around.
Bear witness to your environments
Both inner and outer.
Pause. Breathe. Settle.
Observe the “What Is-ness” in your life.
Trust What Is.
Notice what emerges.

There are many ways to cleanse
That which is not yours.
Bathe in acceptance.
Submerge yourself in patience.Â
Surprise yourself with bursting bubbles of possibilities.
Swim in the waters of engaged mindfulness.
Remember: You are your oldest and dearest friend.
Trust yourself.
Stop and ask yourself, “Is this the energy that I want to mail to others?”
And if not…
Settle the mind with breath.
Once settled ask yourself, “What is my next best action step?”
Listen, trust and follow through.
Bottomline: Imagine if collectively we mailed resiliency, compassion, creativity, ingenuity, trust and love into the Universe.
I’m in. You?
Time to get out of trance?
Time to wake up?
Time to pause?
Time to open?
Time to trust what emerges from within you?
Time to listen deeply?
Time to speak the truth?
Whatever the time…it’s now.
Check in with your body.
Ask what you need to know.
Listen spaciously.
Trust what arises in your body.
Follow through with what is given.
It’s time to move out of the Preparation Stage with a leap of faith into the Manifestation Stage!
Enough staff meetings, researching the “best way” to do it, organizing the material in the “right way”. Enough moving the deadline further out to accomodate a potential and, as yet, unnamed and unforeseen obstacle (which may never happen!)
When procrastination somatically vibrates the fear of failing, get curious and leap into a more supportive energy field.
Then manifest one step at a time (with maybe another leap here and there). That’s how evolution works. That’s how we deliver!
To heal and realign requires listening into the silence, the diligence to respond to what is needed, and mucho patience.
It is a time for trust and confident courage
•To contemplate the next best thing
•To think the next best thought
•To manifest the next best action
…all of which is simply the outer manifestation of an inner state of being.
Bottomline: Healing and realigning is an inside job!
Road signs direct us while being metaphors for living
YIeld. No U-Turn. Speed Limit 50. Slow Down. Wrong Way. One Way. Merge. Stop.
What about the invisible signs?
The symbols, the whisperings, the sensations?
How do we recognize and amplify them as we live into our day?
To avoid your own personal traffic jam of life:
•Pause. Relax. Open. Recognize and trust what emerges.
•Allow the invisible signs to find you.
•Listen deeply.
•Let yourself be guided into the Mysteries of the Unknown.
“But I am afraid to trust,” he says.
“Begin by trusting what is freely given,” she replies.
“But I don’t understand,” he says.
“Pretend as though you do,” she says gently smiling.
“Pretend you trust the spacious skies
This air that gives you life
The hawk that sees you and tips its’ wings
The pinon branches waving to you in the wind
The silence that lovingly surrounds you in the night
The summer sun arising once again.”
“Pretend,” she said quietly as he wept,
“You can trust your tears
on this longest day of the year.”
Listen for the answers you have not yet asked. Live within them. Be penetrated. Be guided. Let them deliver you to your next step.
