What are you aware of when you feel into the energy of flexible resiliency? Radiant love? Engaged compassion? Courageous kindness?
Mindful Practice
Give yourself permission to let go of moral judging. Witness everyone including yourself as though for the first time.
Consider what needs are going unmet in their world. Consider what needs are going unmet in yours. What one need can you meet for that person you have judged? And what one need can you meet for that part of yourself you have judged?
Flood your awareness with the energies of flexible resiliency, radiant love, engaged compasson and courageous kindness, How now are you viewing sentient beings including yourself?
Consider: How is your body responding when you do these mental exercises?

Welcoming all that arises, both the seen and unseen.
Steep yourself in the Mysteries of the Unknown…
Sans frameworks, boundaries, expectations…
With open hand to all that is…

No clinging nor grasping
Neither this nor that…
Just This.
Notice what you don’t like…
….and then give thanks to the teachings you have received.

When the moment is all about laughter!

Take 30 seconds and laugh. Laugh strong. Laugh loud. Laugh for no other reason except to laugh.
After 30 seconds go into silence and notice what arises. (Do this now before you read on!)
Laughing meditation alters the dopamine and serotonin levels in our bodies resulting in a decrease in depression, stress and anxiety.
In other words: Aliveness vibrates. Attitudes shift. Joy seeps in. Beginners Mind reigns. Life becomes vibrant.
WARNING! Watch out for the Inner Critic! When we are not feeling up to snuff we will put off Laughing Meditation. This is only an excuse from IC telling us we need to suffer through whatever we are experiencing first.
Not so! Many meditation practitioners choose to do Laughing Meditation in the midst of suffering. For instance, joining together in Laughing Meditation when our Beloved is dying is one of the highest moments for all…especially the Beloved who is passing.
And this is called working?

Choosing different environments for your “office” to create within often gives us surprises. Plus, it’s fun traveling in the unknown!
