The Apocalyptic Mind

When the “What-Ifs of Fear” throws you into the Apocalyptic Mindset ~
Imagine a Stop Sign in your mind’s eye.
Redirect your thoughts by breathing into the Serenity Prayer:
Grant me the serenity
To accept the things I cannot change
The courage to change the things I can
And the wisdom to know the difference.

Breathe into and live from this Infinite Mindset.
•Remember who you truly are by presencing the love that emerges with youself and your Beloveds.

Join us each morning for our daily meditation, “Exploring the Silent Spaces of Infinite Mindset” from 6am – 6:30am Mountain. Come explore and witness with colleagues from around the world.

When fear arrives…

When fear arrives it hides security, safety and stability.
What to do?
Determine the antidotes.

These questions might help:
•What will give me safety in this moment?
•How can I experience security right now?
•What is the first step I can do to meet my needs for stability?
And now engage those answers by putting them into action aka do them!

And then…love yourself up, your oldest and dearest friend.
Put your arms around yourself and give yourself a big long hug…
That hug will often squeeze the fear right out of you.

It can always be tweaked!

Today is the day to commit….and tweak!

Commit to the big one. The little one. The one you committed to years ago and forgot about. Commit to the one that still lives in you. Choose and commit!

Every thing is tweaked once the commitment has been made.

Commit! Move forward. Feel what it is like on this side.

I’m in. You?

(Pssst….How to jump over the fear? Remind your Monkey Mind and Inner Critic it can always be tweaked!)

How do we know when we are ready?

Hmmm…What has this house in Encino, NM been waiting for? Photograph by Ann-Marie McKelvey.

Perhaps it is when the fear is greatest that it is time to plunge. After all, if we wait until we are ready, we could be waiting the rest of our lives.

Remember, “No guts! No glory!”
