Do not squander your life nor another’s
Through inactivity and paralysis.

Writing A Love Letter to Life

Notice what unfolds as you connect with Life as your beloved through contemplation and the written word.

Here’s one I wrote a wee bit earlier to Life:
All the beauty you have created
Was combined tonight
As the sun set over the Sangre de Cristos
And your love soared through the golden ruby skies.

Contemplate life as your lover. Write a love letter to life without hesitation and without judgement or editing. Notice how your body feels as you write and read the letters out loud.

What changes inside of you?


Imagine a No-Blame World

For this moment ~
Picture living in a no-blame world.
What would you think about?
How would your body feel?
How would you view the world?

Imagine the love that would be released…

Crucifixion or Resurrection: Your Choice.

We can choose crucifixion or resurrection.
We can choose fear or love.

We can choose to resurrect love in the midst of CV19.
Imagine ~ love rising up around the world.
Imagine – love going viral this week.

Stay Alert with Kindness and Love

Fear brings the harshness of a heartless enemy.
It covers us with a suffocating blanket of paralysis.

The antidote?

Kindness and Love takes on all forms…

Without hesitation
Engage into the depths of Kindness and Love.

Bring Kindness and Love to all situations.
Breathe it in and out.
Let it wash over you.

Stay alert.
Actively bring your mind back
To actions of Kindness and Love
For yourself and others.

We will get through this…with each other.

When fear arrives…

When fear arrives it hides security, safety and stability.
What to do?
Determine the antidotes.

These questions might help:
•What will give me safety in this moment?
•How can I experience security right now?
•What is the first step I can do to meet my needs for stability?
And now engage those answers by putting them into action aka do them!

And then…love yourself up, your oldest and dearest friend.
Put your arms around yourself and give yourself a big long hug…
That hug will often squeeze the fear right out of you.

Love magnetizes love

When we live from our heart the love unfolds and aligns with love that has gone unnoticed.

In other words: Love finds love like an external magnetic field.

A Mindful Practice:
Go into the world and look into the eyes of everyone who crosses your path. As you see them silently say “I love you”.

No exceptions.

Notice what arises.  Notice the aliveness in your BodyMind when love permeates both inside and out.  Notice how life pulsates in a richer way with love as its companion.

Notice…and repeat!
