At the top of every waking hour visualize yourself with an open heart as you repeat and live into the following words:

At the top of the hour pause wherever you are and join us in the Three Treasures Practice..

Visualizing a Beloved

Visualizing an Enemy Image

…I am committed to living life without reading, watching, listening and discussing current world events.

Instead I will do The Three Treasures Practice at the top of the hour for one minute and include it in my daily shamatha practice.
