Leapfrogging time!

When the Monkey Mind, Inner Critic and Gremlin have you looking at the world through a limited viewpoint…leapfrog over and land in Beginners Mind where everything is possible.

No one knows what will happen next. And we aren’t sure what just happened.

Bottomline: Live in this moment participating fully. When necessary leapfrog over all thought forms that are Spirit Killers.

This is another form of mind training. Remain diligent.

All that we have learned…

Bring in the teachings over these many years and lifetimes to recreate your life based on the ingredients of today.

Rein in your Monkey Mind, the Inner and Outer Critic, and that Gremlin. Come into this moment with a spacious Infinite Mindset.

To cultivate this new way of living on our planet you are invited each day from 6am-6:30am Mountain to sit silentlly as we explore and glean pertinent wisdom from the silent spaces.

Practice is Reining in the Mind

Each day we sit on our cushions we keep awareness alive.

As Monkey Mind mutters, chatters and stews
As Inner Critic paints harsh judgements
As Gremlin bullies ourselves and others
We sit, settle and train our minds.

We rein in our minds
With wholehearted determination and curiosity.
We continue coming back to the breath.
We continue coming back to this moment.
We continue being here now.

No negotiation.

In-Joy

Monkey Mind enjoys spinning. Inner Critic enjoys duality. Gremlin enjoys bullying.

None of them are you.

What do you enjoy?

Story Lines

Story Lines can be invaluable when it is time to learn something. But when the teaching is over, the need for the Story Line is over. By letting go and moving away from the story we open up into even more of who we are.

Story Lines of Glass.
Ann-Marie McKelvey

A Mindful Practice for Today!
•Choose the Story Line that has stopped serving you.
•Firmly order your Monkey Mind to stop juicing the Story Line with attention.
•Tell your Inner Critic to walk away from it and find another Story Line that will serve you.
•Watch your Gremlin put the unneeded Story Line on the back parking lot of your mind.
•And now…settle into the aliveness within you…what do you notice?
•Keep me posted! I’m doin’ it with you!

“It’s only in the looking back do we see the straight and narrow.”

Creating Them* as Your Allies

•Cut away all the storylines and go into Stillness.
•Listen to IC, MM and G* from your heart.
•Speak to Them* from your heart.
•Listen again…now even deeper.

•Ask IC, MM, and G* how they can guide you and become your ally.
•LIsten to the story presently told.
•Amplify and manifest by finding a tangible object to represent their answer.
•Proceed into what needs to be acted on in this moment.
•Open to what is. Open to Just This.

*IC = Inner Critic
*MM = Monkey Mind
*G = Gremlin

Remember: No guts, no glory!
