Monkey Mind, Inner Critic and Gremlin are grand manipulators. They will put you into trance by giving you an outdated belief system.
Be aware of their ploys and how they manage you. Remember ~ Utilize antidotes. Remember ~ Meditate and get underneath it all. Remember ~ Do not take your life personally. Remember ~ Don’t believe everything you think.
When the Monkey Mind, Inner Critic and Gremlin have you looking at the world through a limited viewpoint…leapfrog over and land in Beginners Mind where everything is possible.
No one knows what will happen next. And we aren’t sure what just happened.
Bottomline: Live in this moment participating fully. When necessary leapfrog over all thought forms that are Spirit Killers.
This is another form of mind training. Remain diligent.
For silent support ~ Join colleagues from around the world to meditate and “Explore the Silent Spaces of Infinite Mindset” each day from 6am – 6:30am Mountain. Our sixth week begins tomorrow. It has become a refuge for many of us. You are more than welcome to join us.
Story Lines can be invaluable when it is time to learn something. But when the teaching is over, the need for the Story Line is over. By letting go and moving away from the story we open up into even more of who we are.
A Mindful Practice for Today! •Choose the Story Line that has stopped serving you. •Firmly order your Monkey Mind to stop juicing the Story Line with attention. •Tell your Inner Critic to walk away from it and find another Story Line that will serve you. •Watch your Gremlin put the unneeded Story Line on the back parking lot of your mind. •And now…settle into the aliveness within you…what do you notice? •Keep me posted! I’m doin’ it with you!
“It’s only in the looking back do we see the straight and narrow.” Darrell Scott – Crooked Road.
•Cut away all the storylines and go into Stillness. •Listen to IC, MM and G* from your heart. •Speak to Them* from your heart. •Listen again…now even deeper.
•Ask IC, MM, and G* how they can guide you and become your ally. •LIsten to the story presently told. •Amplify and manifest by finding a tangible object to represent their answer. •Proceed into what needs to be acted on in this moment. •Open to what is. Open to Just This.
