For over two months a small group of colleagues from around the world have gathered to meditate and “Explore the Silent Spaces of Infinite Mindset”. It has become a refuge for many of us.

Please know you are more than welcome to join us. The Zoom meditation room opens each day at 5:45am Mountain. This is a time for everyone to settle in. From 6 – 6:30am Mountain we meditate together.

A Mindfulness Practice for Today

Choose the vibrational state you want to experience.
Make a list of actions to live in this state.
Live those actions as if your life depended on it.

This is my simple list to live in a state of trust and serenity today:
•Meditate
•Eat light organic meals
•Unplug all devices
•Write with pen and paper
•Read and contemplate
•Take a good huff and puff walk wtih Mother Nature
•Listen

Be Kind to Yourself…

So many ways to be in the world.
So many different hats to wear.
So many emotions flowing through.
So many commitments to live and/or break.
So many ways to contribute.
So many ways to grow.
And so many ways to be kind.

I challenge you to put kindness ahead of everything else for the next 24 hours.
Being kind first to yourself and then letting the kindness radiate to others.

Notice what arises.

Making the invisible visible

Like a terma or treasure your resources for the future are waiting to be discovered.

How to prepare and make room for these invisible resources to become visible?

Let go of that which is not needed in your life. For instance old belief systems, habits that no longer serve or a narrative that has been exaggerated.

Then notice how the invisible has been visible all along.

The Passion of the Day

To get back into life’s rhythm…
To live fully in this day…
To unfold in this sacred moment…
Live what you are most passionate about.
