Like in exercising, what feels like the burn today is the strength tomorrow.
Feel into the burn –breathe through it, knowing it brings wisdom, resiliency and strength tomorrow.

If you are behind enemy lines in your mind–
Meditate.
If you are lonely–
Look in the mirror. Connect with yourself. Then connect with a loved one.
If you are experiencing information overload–
Turn off the noise and listen to the silence.
If you are escaping through food, drink, cannabis–
Pause. Breathe deep into Beginners MInd. See the world with Fresh Eyes.
If you are gaining Pandemic Pounds–
Eat less. Eat slower. Chew with awareness.
If you are lethargic and greyed-out–
Breathe deeper, move more, and sweat!
Each moment gives us opportunites to choose differently based on what we have learned.
May our learnings transform into wisdom.
May we take this time to heal on all levels.

P.S. May you give yourself this gift today! It only costs five minutes out of your day!
Sheltering in place again…
Lock down…
Shut down…
It’s happening…again.
And yet this time we can do it differently.
We know what doesn’t work and what does.
We know what is too much and what isn’t enough.
We’re prepared.
We’re ready.
We can do this…
We don’t have to put ourselves into trance
bingeing food, alcohol, cannabis, news, movies.
We can do it better this time.
We can sit on our cushion a little bit longer.
We can silently recite customized upleveling mantras.
We can forego the baking of bread and go full tilt boogie into letting go of the Pandemic Pounds.
We can contemplate, read, write, paint, draw, collage.
We can love more.
Second chances give us the opportunity to reconsider our past actions…
And move into Right Action.
A deep bow to our second chances…

Pick a mindfulness practice to
Settle the mind.
With conscious choice
Begin moving with the moment as life unfolds.
Notice what is alive in you.

Step by step, how we view the world is always a choice. Always.

Creating a vision board unleashes stagnant energy.
Prior to meditation each morning let your eyes softly gaze at it.
Notice the stuckness dissolving as Spacious Views and Possibilities arise.

Be cautious of the mind. It is our servant, not our master.Â
Follow the body. Follow what the body needs.Â
Listen to what arises in the silent spaces, in the gaps.Â
Then let your mind know what needs to be done.
