Mom had 2020 vision. On high desert hikes she was the one who found the arrowheads and pottery shards.
“How do you always find them?” I asked peering through my prescription sunglasses.
“I know they are there. I just relax, watch the ground and know I will find at least one,” she would say confidently. This was her belief system.
To meet our 2020 goals we must have 2020 vision.
•The clarity to see what is in front of us.
•The determination to see different points of view.
•The trust to be expansive with perceptive intuition.
•The resilience to see what at first cannot be seen.
•The perseverence to continue focusing.
•The courage to relax and change glasses!
A mindful practice for 2020 Vision and Beliefs:
•Write down your goals for 2020.
•Choose the one most important to you.
•What is your personal belief system regarding this goal and its’ attainment?
•With Beginners Mind create beliefs that work for you, not against you.
•Let your 2020 vision and belief system collaborate.
•Do the necessary action steps with trust and relaxation.
•With fresh eyes watch the manifestation.
May 2020 bring you the blessings that have always been in front of you…but you just weren’t able to see them!
Each moment information is delivered to your heart.
Take a moment. This moment. Find your pulse. Listen.
Listen to the rhythm ~the beat ~the gaps of strength between the beat.
Listen for your heart’s wisdom.

Imagine it is called the Banquet of Life Mandala.
•Step into it.
•Look around. What are you witnessing?
•Notice how your body, heart and mind are responding.
And now, something to contemplate:
If you gave 100% participation to your Banquet of Life Mandala , what would this day be like for you and all sentient beings?
If you’re procrastinating ~yet it needs to get done…
•Close your eyes tight and then open ’em wide
•Breathe in deeper than deep and exhale more than ever
•Click your heels three times
•Hold on to your hat (’cause you’re goin’ places!)
•Leap over the over-thinking of procrastination
•Now…Do it-whatever it is! Quickly, solidly and with gusto!

Take 30 seconds and laugh. Laugh strong. Laugh loud. Laugh for no other reason except to laugh.

Laughing meditation alters the dopamine and serotonin levels in our bodies resulting in a decrease in depression, stress and anxiety.
In other words: Aliveness vibrates. Attitudes shift. Joy seeps in. Beginners Mind reigns. Life becomes vibrant.
WARNING! Watch out for the Inner Critic! When we are not feeling up to snuff we will put off Laughing Meditation. This is only an excuse from IC telling us we need to suffer through whatever we are experiencing first.
Not so! Many meditation practitioners choose to do Laughing Meditation in the midst of suffering. For instance, joining together in Laughing Meditation when our Beloved is dying is one of the highest moments for all…especially the Beloved who is passing.
Energy thoughts are strong medicine that we paint into our lives. They give birth to vibrant qi, they can also foster stagnant qi.
Always your choice…vibrancy or stagnancy…you are the artist!
I paint my life with energy thoughts of my choosing.
