A Mindfulness Practice for Today

Choose the vibrational state you want to experience.
Make a list of actions to live in this state.
Live those actions as if your life depended on it.

This is my simple list to live in a state of trust and serenity today:
•Meditate
•Eat light organic meals
•Unplug all devices
•Write with pen and paper
•Read and contemplate
•Take a good huff and puff walk wtih Mother Nature
•Listen

Zen it down…to stay on top.

We are all new at this.
We are all collectively rewiring our brains to adapt.
This is why tiredness can be part of our day.

To help the rewiring process
Live in Beginners Mind.

Attend to your day as a newborn, napping when needed.
Rest your body and mind.
Utilize meditation, mindfulness practices and good old fashioned exercise with foods that nourish.

Zen it down.
We are all on a Learning Curve of Not Knowing.

2020 Vision

Mom had 2020 vision.  On high desert hikes she was the one who found the arrowheads and pottery shards. 

“How do you always find them?” I asked peering through my prescription sunglasses.

“I know they are there.  I just relax, watch the ground and know I will find at least one,” she would say confidently. This was her belief system.

To meet our 2020 goals we must have 2020 vision. 
•The clarity to see what is in front of us.
•The determination to see different points of view. 
•The trust to be expansive with perceptive intuition.
•The resilience to see what at first cannot be seen.
•The perseverence to continue focusing.
•The courage to relax and change glasses!

Always the choice to view life through another pair of glasses!
That’s why I have so many!

A mindful practice for 2020 Vision and Beliefs:
•Write down your goals for 2020.
•Choose the one most important to you.
•What is your personal belief system regarding this goal and its’ attainment?
•With Beginners Mind create beliefs that work for you, not against you. 
•Let your 2020 vision and belief system collaborate.
•Do the necessary action steps with trust and relaxation.
•With fresh eyes watch the manifestation.

May 2020 bring you the blessings that have always been in front of you…but you just weren’t able to see them!

Strong Heart

Each moment information is delivered to your heart.

Take a moment. This moment. Find your pulse. Listen.
Listen to the rhythm ~the beat ~the gaps of strength between the beat.
Listen for your heart’s wisdom.

Imagine it is called the Banquet of Life Mandala.
•Step into it.
•Look around. What are you witnessing?
•Notice how your body, heart and mind are responding.

And now, something to contemplate:
If you gave 100% participation to your Banquet of Life Mandala , what would this day be like for you and all sentient beings?

Leapin’ over…to getter done!

If you’re procrastinating ~yet it needs to get done…

•Close your eyes tight and then open ’em wide
•Breathe in deeper than deep and exhale more than ever
•Click your heels three times
•Hold on to your hat (’cause you’re goin’ places!)
•Leap over the over-thinking of procrastination
•Now…Do it-whatever it is! Quickly, solidly and with gusto!
•What are you aware of?
