•Note any resistance and leapfrog over it.

•What energy field must you create (in and around you) to move the project forward?
Name and describe it so you can live it!
•Take a deep breath into this new and developing energy field. Exhale out any resistance that may have seeped in.
•Bring your body with you.
Using your imagination physically move and stretch your body into this new, pristine and thriving energy field.
•What are the steps to move your project towards completion?
Write them down…and do them!
•Stay aligned within your energy field! When you move out of it…use your breath and stretch back in.

Mine is an art project that I have procrastinated about. I’ve done a couple of paintings that I thought would begin a series but I haven’t continued. Partly because my eyes are going through some changes and partly because, well… I’m procrastinating. For the first couple of paintings I decided to just not wear my glasses and see what happened with not seeing perfectly and it was different but also fun. So I will experiment!
The project is to create a series of paintings that illustrate words…What does kindness, compassion, love, courage… look like? And today I had the thought to add words from the needs list from NVC. Now it’s time to schedule this! thank you! Beth
